Vilon-RLA VILON RLA is an unique levelling agent for dyeing of cellulosic yarn and fabrics with Reactive dyestuffs.
Properties
- Physical Appearance: Yellowish brown liquid.
- Chemical Nature: Synergistic blend of surfactants.
- Ionic Nature: Anionic
- pH (1% soln.): 7-7.5
- Miscibility: Easily soluble in water in all proportions.
- Compatibility: Compatible with non-ionics and anionics.
- Stability: Good.
Application
- 0.5 to 1.0 gpl of VILON RLA is added in the dyebath at the starting of the dyeing followed by addition of well dissolved dyestuff .
- Salt and subsequently alkali addition is done.
- Temperature is raised and dyeing time is maintained as per the class of the dyes.
- This process is followed by after treatment and washing off.
Washing Off
1 gpl NEBCOL WKI is used for soaping Reactive dyes at boil followed by through washing to get better fastness of the dyeings.
