Visol PE VISOL PE is a polyethylene wax emulsion which imparts smooth and flexible touch with waxy feel to the treated fabrics. It improves the tear strength and abrasion resistance of the treated fabric when used alongwith the cross-linking agents. It also improves the sewability and hinders yellowing tendency of the finished fabrics.

- Physical Appearance: Creamish milky white emulsion.
- Chemical Nature: Oxidised polyethylene wax emulsion.
- Ionic Nature: Non-ionic.
- pH of 1% soln.: 8 + 0.5.
- Miscibility: Miscible in water.
- Compatibility: Compatible with usual finishing chemicals.
- Storage Stability: Good when stored in normal conditions.
Application
- FOR 100% Cellulosics
- 100- 120 gpl VILINK KVS
- 30-40 gpl VISOL PE
- 20-25 gpl VISOFT CS
- 0.5-1 gpl Non-ionic wetting agent.
- 5- 10 gpl VISIL 500.
- Pad with 70-80-% pickup and shock cure at 185 C for 40 sec.
